New inviting system

Changes caused by new inviting system

-Applications are not needed for entry into the guild anymore. However Its still optional form. Either application or interview is neccessary for joining.

-Rank Grunt will serve as trial and Social Member rank. Upon joining into guild one gets 7 days to see the guild. After 7 days there are two options open. First is signing up on the forums, agreeing on all rules and getting promotion. Second is staying as Grunt and be Social Member.

-Those who have are Grunts and longer in the guild then 7 days can sign up on forums, agree on all rules and get promotion. This goes for old members who have been here before new system and also for Social Members.

-Those who are above Grunt rank and are not signed in forums have 7 days to sign. After that they will be demoted to Grunt and become Social Members untill they sign up. If they do their rank will be restored to previous value.


Grunts have no access to guild bank of what so ever and very limited permisions which includes only speaking and listening in guild chat.
As of yet this goes only for Main characters. Alts will be disscused later.

Sounds like a better way of getting people into the guild.
